最好既MARKETOR....佢個人認為係要好多時接納其他人既意見, 要知既係對方係想要D乜....唔好太自己主意....
佢話有d野叫陰陽街...即係話有d鋪真係會好旺...有d鋪位真係會冇人去....要自己花時間去睇的....如果有間鋪係係上落電梯位...佢guarantee 會有20%營業額...而鋪位近B/F...G/F...1/F, 電梯既上點同落點都會有唔同的效果的~
同埋我發覺所有訪問過既CEO...佢地都有個相同之處, 就係好中意自己間公司, 同埋諗野化得尼又幾正面....
後尼同朋友仔傾計(佢讀緊marketing)...佢都話有教過陰陽街, 陰街唔旺丁又唔旺財, 就好似arygle 先達對面甘樣樣....我諗起又係wor...個d位我行過就算....唔會去買野的.... 甘點解仲未執粒?? 因為係個D位可以賣下招牌廣告....(係旺區D招牌又真係收得好金 XDDD)....有時見d鋪頭就算近巴士站...都要睇個過站d 人係上車番工定落車收工.....
